普遍用于纸机网布或压榨部,靠真空泵抽吸掉吸附在脱水元件上网面或毛布浆料中多余的水份。可以在靠近胸辊处安装,或者安装胸辊刮刀,可前后移动,可调节到浆料最佳喷落点,使之达到良好的纸业形成和脱水效果。吸水箱面板的材质包含:超高分子聚乙烯面板、氧化铝陶瓷面板、氧化锆陶瓷面板、玻璃微晶面板、嵌陶瓷吸水箱面板。可根据不同的网部生产工艺选用不同的陶瓷。箱体采用退火或移动消除应力,减少变形,从而保证质量,表面采用喷砂处理,从而使外观美观大方。过渡底板采用最新的特殊处理的材料,一次成型,不加工,不变形,尺寸精确,易粘贴,具有强度高、硬度高、耐磨性好、摩擦系数小等特点。面板通过整体加工,采用专用机床和特殊加工工艺,使整体加工精度高,表面平整,光洁度高、平滑、细腻,在使用过程中可以避免细小纤维存留及顶浆现象所产生的纸病,易控制水线,避免在脱水过程中所造成不利于纸页的形成,减少纸的两面差,大大改善纸张的匀度及平滑度,使网子和脱水元件之间产生水膜,提高耐磨性,大大降低网耗和能耗。
Suction Box
Suction box is universally used in paper machine's screen cloth and press section, and functions as extracting, by use of vacuum pump, excess water absorbed on upper wire side of dewatering element or contained in coarse slurry. Suction box may be mounted close to breast roll, or breast roll blade may be mounted in a way capable of backward and forward movement, to adjust the optimum slurry spray impact point and achieve good paper sheet formation and dewatering effects. The texture of a suction box panel includes: a supra polymer polyethylene panel, an aluminum oxide ceramic panel, a zirconia ceramic panel, a glass microcrystal panel, and an embedded ceramic suction box panel. Different ceramics may be selected according to different screen cloth manufacturing processes. The box adopts annealing or movement to eliminate stress, reduce deformation and ensure quality. The surface is subject to sand blasting to achieve elegant appearance. The transition bottom plate adopts the latest material subjected to special treatment and one-time forming, without machining and deformation but having such features as an accurate size, easy pasting, high strength, high hardness, good wear resistance, a low friction coefficient, etc. The panel is entirely machined through a special purpose machine and a special processing technology, to realize high machining precision, a smooth surface, a high degree of finish, and fine and smooth effects. It can avoid the paper defect caused by fiber fines reservation and slurry overflow, and is easy to control waterline to prevent adverse factors for formation of paper sheet in dewatering process. Moreover, it can reduce paper two-sidedness, thereby improving paper uniformity and smoothness greatly. In addition, it can generate water film between net and dewatering
